Joel is 14 years old and is in his first year with the KC Bantam program. Last year his played with the Cold Lake Bantam AA hockey team. Joel is currently attending Vimy Ridge Academy in the hockey program.
During the past couple of years Joel has been on the honor roll every term. He was named "Rock solid performer" for the month of October at Vimy Ridge and has raised his average to 85%. Joel loves to play baseball and is a pitcher. He has attended Baseball Alberta and Edmonton Cracker Cats camps. According to his teachers at Vimy Ridge, Joel is a solid citizen in the school and in the community. Joel has been involved in fundraising for SOS Ronald McDonald house and MS Read-a-thon for multiple sclerosis research. Matsuba, BradleyGarrison Warriors Midget
Having played hockey for the NE zone since 1998, Bradley is currently playing for the NE Zone Garrison Warriors Midget team in the Turner Division. Bradley is the captain of his team and has been voted captain by the other players for the past 3 years. Bradley was also named to the tournament allstar team last March in Calgary.
Bradley is attending Eastglen High School and is enrolled and completing all core academic course within the Advance Placement (AP) stream. Courses in the AP stream program are recognized by universities and successful students are awarded credit for first year university courses. Bradley has received academic honor status in all core and non-core subjects for 3 consecutive years.
Bradley volunteers with his school to run the Junior High basketball tournaments, attends leadership conferences at Camp He-Ho-Ha, and is also the manager for the Senior Girls Basketball at his High School. Paquette, BradenBeverly Warriors Junior B
Braden graduated from Ardrossan High School in 2005 and is currently attending NAIT while playing with the Beverly Warriors Junior B team. Growing up playing hockey with Ardrossan, Braden was chosen captain and assistant captain numerous times on his teams. He was presented with several school "Best Athlete" and "Merit" awards and was also involved with the volunteer leadership program. |
